- Born and raised in Hawaii

- Professional surfer for 15 years

- Over 35 years of surfing experience

- Professional lifeguard for Los Angeles County (20 years)

- Coach for amateur surfers

- Judge at surf competitions (amateur and professional)

- Certified in Apnea

- Certified EMT (Emergency Medical Technician)

- Active professional surfer

- Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (PMA)

- Certified Surf Breathwork Instructor (Underwave Training)

THE RETREAT INCLUDES:

Time for you: Let’s put our cell phones aside and give ourselves the gift of presence and real connection.

Free time: In your spare moments, you can enjoy the beach, cool off in the pool, relax in a hammock, read that book you’ve been waiting for, write in your journal, draw a mandala, or treat yourself to one of our additional services (for an extra fee).

Three healthy and delicious meals per day, with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, natural juices, and coconuts from our organic garden. Lovingly prepared by our incredible local chefs, our menu blends delicious traditional Mexican dishes with a balanced, healthy diet designed for your well-being. You’ll not only savor the richness of Mexican cuisine but also give your body a gentle detox and complete nourishment.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available upon request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I understand that unforeseen events may arise. Life can interrupt even the most perfect plans. I will do my best to support you in the event of an emergency. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Airfare and travel insurance are not included. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS: - To reserve your spot, we require 50% of the total retreat cost. - The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat start date. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: - Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. THE REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: - More than 90 days before the retreat starts: your deposit and payments will be refunded, minus a $200 USD processing fee. - Between 30 and 89 days before the retreat starts: you will be responsible for filling your spot. - If there is a waitlist, your spot will be filled and your deposit will be refunded, minus the $200 USD processing fee. - If you are able to fill your spot with another participant, you will be refunded the total amount paid. - If you cannot fill your spot, your deposit will be non-refundable. - Within 30 days of the retreat start date: no refunds will be given unless you are able to fill your spot (or there is a waitlist). In that case, you will be refunded the total amount paid, including the deposit, minus a $200 USD processing fee. - You may transfer your reservation to another participant; all payments and deposits will be transferred in full (100%). - It is your responsibility to collect payment from the new participant; no refunds will be issued without a clear payment transfer agreement. - No refunds or partial credits will be given to participants who do not complete the retreat, or for late arrivals or early departures. - Paikea Mexico reserves the right to cancel retreats for any reason; in such case, all payments will be refunded in full. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Due to possible flight disruptions and medical issues before or during travel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
