MEET OUR ORGÁNIC GARDEN

In our organic garden you will find a variety of fruit trees such as mango, strawberry guava,
yellow guava, jackfruit, grapefruit, avocado, orange, lemon, lime, tangerine, tamarindo,
guanabana, starfruit, arrayan, neem, moringa, cacao and palm trees of coconuts.
We also grow passion fruit, bananas, papayas, spices, nopales, chilies, lettuce, spinach,
arugula, swiss chard and seasonal vegetables.
This garden has been created with much love and dedication. We do not use pesticides or chemicals,
only organic products such as neem, sawdust, compost, manure from cows, ants, chickens and goats.
The garden's walls are covered in colorful flower vines, that attract hummingbirds
and bees, witch help pollinate the entire garden and fill it with life.
We have free-range chickens and ducks, that we feed with products like grains, oats, compost,
moringa and coconuts. We offer our guests fresh, organic eggs, full of the energy of joy and freedom.
The children love feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs.
By Interacting in balance with the animal and plant world, we learn where our food comes from
and the importance of having a relationship of love, respect and gratitude towards our animals.
We're fortunate to have bees that naturally settled in our garden. These bees not
only produce honey from our organic fruit trees but also play a vital role in pollinating
the entire garden, keeping it super healthy and in balance.

To support sustainability, we have recycling bins for glass,
cardboard, aluminum, plastic, organic and inorganic materials.
Organic waste is fed to the chickens, and the citrus peels are reused to make our own cleaning products.
We kindly ask our guests to rinse recyclable containers before disposing of them in the bins.
Our intention is to raise awareness about the responsibility we have towards our Mother Earth
and to understand that we are the change we want to see on this planet.
It all starts at home.
