MEET YOUR COACHES:

Horacio Soto
(Yoga Teacher)

Dedicated to Restorative Yoga for more than 14 years, his teaching seeks the awakening of the being through the internalization of the senses and the ability to recognize movement.

Daniel Pardo

(Temazcal, Soundhealing)

Originally from Colombia and a resident of Mexico for more than 20 years, Daniel has dedicated his life to the

path of well-being, spirituality, and the art of sound. A practitioner of Hatha Yoga and the Red Road through Sun Dances and temazcales, he integrates into his practice a deep connection with Mother Earth and the elements. Passionate about music from an early age, more than six years ago he began offering Sound Healing sessions, in which he fuses sacred instruments, chants, and frequencies that invite an inner journey. His approach combines sensitivity, presence, and ancestral wisdom, guiding each participant toward states of deep calm, clarity, and heart expansion. In every session, Daniel creates a safe and mystical space where sound becomes medicine: an invitation to remember our essence, release tension, and reconnect with joy and inner peace.
